State Bank of India Singapore (SBIS) has a presence in 32 countries with 228 foreign offices across the world. The Singapore operations were set up in 1977 with an offshore banking license. In 2008, SBIS became a Qualifying Full Bank.


Today, SBIS offers a suite of products to the Corporates including Short to Long Term Loans, Bilateral Loans, Working Capital Loans, Trade Finance and Asset Backed Financing. For the retail customers, SBIS has a suite of liability products, from simple Savings Accounts to specially structured accounts for kids and senior citizens. Besides SGD and USD, SBIS accepts Term Deposits in various other major currencies and offers attractive interest rates.
